Just weeks ago Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal was released and the movie was criticized by the critics by calling it as the ‘most violent movie’ but the same critics have been forced to budge their opinion when they saw Prashanth Neel’s Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire.
The experts have now reviewed Salaar as the most violent movie of 2023. However, the response of the audiences in the theatre was electrifying on some of the elevated action-packed gory scenes. When asked the cinema goers, they said the climax of the movie was the scene gave them goosebumps when Phabhas goes to rescue the girl.

Salaar is likely to become the largest grossing film on Day 1 in the history of Indian cinema. Although the final numbers are not out yet still according to the pre-booking of the show, tickets of worth ₹95 crores were already sold. Salaar Will Be On Netflix Soon
Right now from the reaction of the public on the first day of Salaar it seems that the movie is going to have a long run on the theatres since the people are liking the larger-than-life themed movies these days. But, Netflix has planned for the future and to court the OTT audience, the company has bought the OTT rights of the Salaar movie. The satellite right of the Prashanth Neel’s movie is also sold to Star Maa.
Performance Of The Start Cast In Salaar Movie
While everyone was enamored of Phabhas and his screen presence, the co-actor of Salaar Prithviraj Sukumaran did his brilliant part silently and let his work speaks for itself. The 41 year old played the second lead in the movie and his deep understanding in acting was evident in Salaar and the critics have praised the actor in length and breath. Phabhas is as usual the show stealer due to his cinematic presence and subtle acting. Even the supporting star cast of Salaar was also brilliant in their given roles.
